What a weekend! In my very first appearance at the Sachsenring, I celebrated my first junior victory in the ADAC GT4 Germany together with my teammate Linus Hahne (21, Oelde). 🚀

Saturday's qualifying went really well: Linus put our BMW M4 GT4 in eighth place in Q1, making it the best BMW. I was able to go one better in Q2 and started from third position on Sunday – also the best BMW in the field.

Unfortunately, Saturday's race ended early. Linus was involved in an accident through no fault of his own on the first lap, and our car was badly damaged. But my team at ME Motorsport rebuilt everything overnight.

Everything came together on Sunday. Starting from third on the grid, I got off to a dream start and was already in the lead after two laps. I managed to hold onto the lead until halfway through the race, when Italian Gabriele Piana attacked with four fresh tyres. After a long battle, I handed the car over to Linus, who briefly dropped back to third place but fought his way back to the front. In the end, we finished second overall and won the junior classification – our first victory in the ADAC GT4 Germany!

Coming back like this after Saturday's bad luck was a huge moment for all of us. Many thanks to my entire team, the ADAC Sports Foundation, Motorsport Team Germany, my sponsors, my family and everyone who supports me.

In three weeks, we will continue at the Red Bull Ring in Austria – a track that suits our BMW. We are really looking forward to the next chapter! 💪
